Gaeseok continues his ordinary corporate life, though that very existence was built upon his obsessive efforts... His struggle to maintain this ordinary existence is threatened nightly by the thumping sounds emanating from the flat below. Sleepless and hyper-sensitive, he makes a mistake at work. For Gaeseok, whose sole goal was to act 'ordinary', that thumping was nothing short of a ticking time bomb threatening his existence. Eventually, Gaeseok descends to the semi-basement flat below to protest the noise. As his protests intensify, the door opens to reveal a strangely familiar-looking, suspicious man. Ignoring Gaeseok's complaints, the man ascended to his flat and proceeded to tie his own ankle to the window frame... A man who had imprisoned himself in Gaeseok's room. What was his purpose?
