Tsuge, the owner of the cafe "An'non" (peace/tranquility), is a human being but one who is possessed by evil spirits. One of his employees, Kodama, is an inept vampire who may as well be "mostly human." Their real job is assisting (human) law enforcement with persuading and exorcising harmful creatures and evil spirits that are beyond the capabilities of the police force. Are the two up to the task?
