Kyoushirou 2030

Japan, The year 2030, five years after the end of World War III. A gruesome war, waged with nuclear missiles, killed nearly 80% of earths population. Making the best of this situation, Kyo Shiro becomes a helicopter patrol officer, guarding the skies. One day, he discovers a talking dog named Babbenski. But, he's actually a mad scientist who transplanted his brain into a dog.
