The main character, Kazuyoshi Takeda, is 35 years old and is currently living as an assistant while having a dream of becoming a manga artist. One night, my wife said, "I feel like your testicles are strange ..." and when I was examined at the hospital, I was told that I had testicular cancer. Since the cancer had spread to the lungs, it would not be cured by orchiectomy alone, and it would take several months to receive anticancer drug treatment ... What do you do with your work after a long hospital stay? How difficult is the treatment? Supported by the dream of being a cartoonist and the bond with his wife, the main character confronts testicular cancer ... Tama-chan is an affectionate way to say "testicle". But despite the name seems a gag, the story is sad, exciting and motivational, about the disease that attacked the author himself and made him lose his testicle. Much more than a history of disease, it is a story about overcoming. Nominated for the 7th annual Manga Taishou Award.
